Container Project

We want to say a BIG thank you to all Street’s Hope supporters that have gotten involved in our exciting shipping container renovation project that is being overseen by Homes of Living Hope(HOLH). As you may now know, HOLH brilliantly repurposes shipping containers into useful spaces through community collaboration. We are nearly finished with the renovation project and wanted to update you all on our progress! We are now 78% of the way to fully funding this project. If you can contribute financially, please consider making a donation here. We are now awaiting the concrete to be poured at our safe house, so the container can be on site soon!

Here’s an overview on how the project has gone so far…

The shipping container originally looked like this

Denver Street's Hope Work

We continued to make great progress on the following Build Days, thanks to Homes of Living Hope and our wonderful volunteers! Furthermore, Professor Abendroth and her design students created a beautiful “paint-by-numbers” mural for the container exterior and our amazing volunteers helped us complete the container, so it now looks like this! As soon as the concrete is poured, we will have the container on site at our safe house.
